A hard, steel filled, high strength, wear resistant, thermally conductive, brushable tool and mold surface coat.

Used as a high performance mold or tool surfacing material and a mold or tool patching material.

Available in easy to use, two part pre-measured kits, which mix to a brushable, creamy consistency.

Reproduces exact surface detail and produces a hard, durable surface, that is both heat and chemical resistant

Advantages:

Has a very low shrinkage characteristic, which enables exact surface detail and dimension reproduction.

Used where moderate wear resistance is required.

Provides continuous high temperature service up to 350° F.

Highly resistant to mold release agents and mold cleaners.

Creamy, and spreads easily by brushing over a model or pattern.

Can be readily machined, drilled, tapped, or milled with conventional metal working tools.

Can also be used for changes and repairs in tooling.
