Techmer ES Plaslube® J-3/30/TF/13/SI/2 Nylon 6, 30% GFR, 13% PTFE, 2% Silicone

Plaslube glass fiber reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) lubricated nylon 612 grades offer a unique balance of excellent wear and friction performance with good dimensional stability and mechanical strength. These characteristics are typical of gear train, pulley, and other bearing applications. Further wear and friction performance can be achieved by utilizing both PTFE and silicone. For less dimensionally critical applications, our nylon 6 grades offer similar performance characteristics.
